ORDER
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received, and again when it has been dispatched.
Please ensure you give us a valid and frequently accessed email address. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please ensure you have checked your junk mail folder.
We are not permitted to ship some brands of nappy outside of the UK. ex We can’t ship Blueberry diapers to Portugal.
How do i pay?
We can accept payment via Paypal, you don’t have to have an account with Paypal to use your credit or debit card to make a purchase, or cheques (please contact us)
How long will delivery take?
if you order and pay by 1pm, we will normally post your order to you the same day.
Orders are dispatched everyday Monday to Friday.
On the rare occasion a parcel gets lost in transit, we will resend the item once it has been confirmed lost by the carrier.
POSTAGE
How much is postage?
Postage is FREE on all UK Orders.
Standard items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Postage, and you should expect to receive your parcel in 2-5 working days.
Do you deliver to Europe?
We use Royal Mail Air and you should expect to receive your parcel in 5-7 working days.
- up to £50 – £3.95
- £50 – £80 – £7.95
- £80 – £100 – £9.95
- £100 + – £12.95
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels. However, we will retain the certificate of posting and assist you in any way we can to help you locate your parcel.

Cloth nappies and goods exclusively for children’s use are zero rated for VAT.
VAT applies at 20% for all other products.
RETURNS POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order, for a full refund within 7 working days of your order.
We will usually issue a refund within 48 hours.
- You are however responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods.
- We regret we cannot accept returns of toiletries.
- We regret that we cannot refund postage charges on returned purchases unless an item is faulty.
- We cannot exchange/refund goods purchased over 30 days before or which have been used, washed or damaged.
